Comair appointed KMH Architects for their new Crew and Catering Facility at Airport Industria adjacent to Cape Town International Airport following on the success of the Comair Slow Lounge projects.
As a result of the success of the Comair Slow Lounge projects, Comair appointed KMH Architects for their new Crew and Catering Facility at Airport Industria adjacent to Cape Town International Airport.
The ground floor accommodates their catering facility which supplies fresh food to all Comair domestic flights operated for British Airways and to all British Airways international flights out of Cape Town International Airport.
The first floor accommodates the crew briefing and management facility for Comair and British Airways flight crews.
The low maintenance exterior finishes are assembled in a modular envelope that creates a sense of order and discipline. The roof projects beyond the external walls to create shade and
weather protection.
