Notice to KMH Clients and Partners on COVID-19
In the wake of the current international COVID-19 Pandemic, and based on our South African government’s recommendations, we would like to inform you of how KMH Architects are taking practical and responsible steps to ensure the health and safety of our clients, partners, staff and visitors to our offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.
Our priority is to ensure business continuity, maintain service levels for you and provide care for our staff.
We have taken decisions to ensure that the responsible project teams are all equipped to operate within the following logistical matrix going forward:
Certain staff will be working remotely from home equipped with all the necessary IT support to enable continuous documentation and information flow.
Our servers have been set up to manage flow from all remote stations if required.
We have implemented full Video Conferencing facilities that we are able to share to facilitate meetings.
For essential meetings, we have limited our boardrooms to a capacity of 5 at a time with full capability of Video Conferencing to multiple locations if necessary.
In the weeks ahead, we will continue to monitor and evolve with the responses required for the fight against COVID-19, and in-turn keep you updated on how we are maintaining business continuity and service levels throughout.
KMH has been in continuous business in South Africa for 108 years and is a resilient entity.
We remain committed to support our country, our communities and you. We remain dedicated to working together with you in navigating the time ahead.
