The block was ideally positioned to take advantage of natural light, natural
ventilation and spectacular views. Each apartment was thoughtfully designed with each owner, with the above principles in mind.
50 Upper Rhine Road, a new apartment complex in Sea Point, will consist of nine apartments with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
It is situated on the slopes of Lion’s Head and the V&A Waterfront. Units have mountain and sea views, balconies, direct access parking and store rooms.
All units are equipped with fiberoptic internet connectivity, DSTV and air-conditioning. All balconies are fitted with built-in gas braais and all
apartments has inverters for back-up power and LED lighting to minimise power consumption.
Finishes are in a mix of earthy tones with elements such as porcelain, granite, natural stone, timber and carpeting in two colour palettes. The overall design caters for modern and simplistic luxury.
