Robertson & Caine has been building yachts for individual customers and the international charter market for over 20 years.

In 1994 they won an export tender for the delivery of cruising catamarans to a US-based charter company which required production to increase
dramatically to four boats a month.

The design included a new administrative building accommodating a main entrance, meeting rooms, a board room, executive and staff offices and world-class facilities with visual supervision. The exterior architecture is discretely marine in theme with the use of a curving canopy, portholes and wave formations in the plaster work while the interior architecture, also by KMH, echoed the maritime theme in the main entrance and staircase.
