The apartment design focussed each new owner’s requirements to achieve a
luxurious customised apartment while the block on an urban scale would hopefully become a good neighbour, effectively taking advantage of the benefits of pre-cast, pre-fabricated component during construction.
14 St Johns has been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail for luxurious living. There is a total of 10 apartments ranging in size from 78m2 to 173m2.
Each apartment is fully equipped with the latest in fiber optic connectivity, is DSTV enabled, has pre-paid electricity meters and LED lighting. The living
area and master bedrooms are fully air conditioned.
High-end finishes, sanitaryware, chromeware and kitchen appliances have been installed. State-of-the art security and access control installations have been specified.
The apartments have been fitted out with luxurious joinery. Construction of the boutique residential development began in March 2017 and occupation
took place in February 2018.
