Situated in the heart of the CBD, the existing Plein Park building, originally designed by KMH, was in need of modernisation. The new owner took this opportunity to re-appoint KMH to create the ‘modern and sleek’ aesthetic and provide this building with a new lease on life.
The ground and mezzanine floors provide commercial and convenience retail space with eight floors of parking above. Seven storeys of modern A-grade office spaces top the tower block and are fiber-ready, fully mechanically ventilated with a back-up generator, borehole, a sump pump and grey water recycling.
