Project Architect - Healthcare Sector
LOCATION Cape Town, South Africa
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Architect on healthcare sector projects, overseeing both design and production work.
Engage with client teams and end-user stakeholders.
Lead the professional team through design and technical work stages, lead services coordination and manage contract administration on site through to hand over and project close out.
Manage a KMH team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Work extensively with Revit, particularly in shared cloud-based models.
Commit to a key role in projects with long durations, reporting directly to the Healthcare Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years of post-qualification experience in architecture SACAP PR Arch registration
QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
Detail orientated and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience on medium to large commercial projects from inception to completion.
Proven experience in refurbishment projects.
Strong technical competence and service coordination skills.
Good Revit skills and experience working on shared cloud-based models.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.
